We wanted to do something really special for our parents for Christmas.  We decided to do family pictures because it has been, well, FOREVER that we have had any done...especially with all of the additions to the family.  It's no longer just us three girls.  Megan, the brave soul, agreed to do them for us and she did a great job - The circumstances were less than ideal :)

Holiday Cookie Making

As a kid we ALWAYS made cookies at my grandma's & I have encouraged (forced) my mom to continue the tradition. 

Beginning of Fall and Thanksgiving travels

Every year we go out to Greenbluff to celebrate fall.  Many reasons why we go and things we love about it (in no particular order):
1>  The ducks and goats
2>  Aspen sings "When you say nothing at all" with the man at Walter's Fruit Ranch
3>  The pumpkin doughnuts
4>  The pumpkins

It is always such a nice time with everyone.

Another fun fall festivities is a great party some friends that live just uptown from us throw.  We walk over and they have games for the kids and everyone (almost) dresses up and then we walk downtown for trick or treats!

Sawyer was a little blue bear and was also very warm!

We went to Seattle with Daddy in September but this was our first BIG trip.  Driving to Texas for a Deck Thanksgiving!  So great to see everyone, wish we weren't so spread out.  The "road" portion went much smoother than anticipated, thank goodness!

A baby changes everything

Many days in the hospital because he was so little and then had jaundice but everyone there took exceptional care of us.  It was so nice to finally come home!
