He potty trained himself!

I really was dreading and procrastinating this one but Sawyer pretty much potty trained himself!  Darin took it upon himself to buy a little potty that Sawyer really enjoyed using as a step stool or something to jump off of but within a couple days he completely understood the purpose of it.  Drew gave Sawyer some underwear hand-me-downs which Sawyer likes way better than anything we could buy at the store.  So I decided I should jump on board cuz' the train wasn't waiting.  We did manage to find tractor underwear that Sawyer does really like and we are in really good shape :)  Whew!

His 1st prayer

About a month ago we were saying prayers before bed.  After praying for the light and the window Sawyer wanted me to pray for his blankie.  I asked Sawyer to pray for his blankie instead and this is what he said:  Dear Lord, thank you for my bankie (blankie), nice & warm & good night sleep & for mama nice & warm. Amen

Pants, Wonderful Pants

Last spring my Mom and I went to the Farm Chics show and I met this woman who makes amazing pants from vintage curtains...I get so many compliments on mine whenever I wear them.  So I ordered some for Aspen and our niece, Jada for Christmas.  Is anyone is in need of some fabulous pants?
